2. Information Generated When You Use Our Services

This includes:

2.1 Geographic Location Information

Depending on the Tarhal Plus services you use, and your application settings or device permissions, Tarhal Plus may collect your location information every minute or less, as determined through GPS data and IP address. If you are a driver or partner of our services, Tarhal Plus collects location information when the application is running, whether the app is open and on screen, or running in the background (app open but not on screen) on your device.

If you are a rider or customer, Tarhal Plus collects location information only when the application is running on your device, and only if these permissions are enabled through your app settings or device permissions. Riders for whom a trip was requested via acquaintances, the call center, or any general service recipients (without using a phone app), or anyone who uses Tarhal Plus without enabling GPS location collection — this may affect the accuracy of the service provided, and location information will instead be collected from the driver's app during your trip.

2.2 Transaction and Usage Information

We collect transaction details related to your use of our services, including the type of services you requested or provided, the date and time of service delivery, the amount or cost, distance traveled, and other relevant transaction details. Additionally, if someone uses a promo code, we may associate your name with that person.

To improve the service, we collect information about how you interact with our services, your expressed preferences, and selected settings. In some cases, on the website, we do this through the use of cookies and similar technologies — like many websites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of our site's features.

2.3 Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data, which may include a unique identifier for each device or browser. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer's hard drive.

As with many website operators and service providers, we collect information sent by the browser when visiting our site (Log Data).

Additionally, we may use means to analyze and monitor this data without using a name, phone number, or email, and without targeting a specific individual, but only in a manner that helps improve the quality of the service.

  3. Tarhal Plus may also retain some information if necessary for its legitimate business interests, such as preventing fraud and enhancing user safety and security. For example, if Tarhal Plus suspends a user account due to improper conduct or security incidents, Tarhal Plus may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new Tarhal Plus account in the future.

Privacy Settings and Device Permissions

Most mobile platforms (Apple and Android) have designated certain types of device data that applications cannot access without your consent. These platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. The iOS platform will alert you the first time Tarhal Plus wants permission to access certain types of data and will allow you to approve (or deny) that request.

Android devices notify you of the permissions the app seeks to use before first use, and your use of the app is considered your consent.

Ratings

After each trip, both the driver and the rider are able to rate each other, as well as provide feedback on how the trip went. This two-way system holds everyone accountable for their behavior. This accountability helps create a respectful and safe environment for drivers and riders.

Accessing and Correcting Information

You can edit the name, phone number, and email address associated with your account through the Profile menu in the application.

You can also search for your previous trips. You can also edit your information directly on the app, such as changing your phone number, email, and profile picture, and if you are unable to do so, you can edit it by contacting the company directly.

In-App Messages

There is a way to write notes for the driver that they can read before accepting the request; this message is saved in the trip data.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If you continue to use our services after an update, you agree to the updated policy, and this will constitute your acknowledgment of the amendments and your agreement to abide by and comply with the amended privacy policy.

In the event we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you either through the email address you provided to us, or by posting a prominent notice on our website.
